I first joined Smith Partnership as a Trainee Solicitor in November 2014 after successfully completing my law degree at Staffordshire University. I had always had a keen interest in private client work and completed an extended seat in the Private Client Department during my training contract. After qualifying as a solicitor in November 2016, I continued to focus on private client work and moved to our Burton office in April 2017. I have consistently built upon my experience during my time with Smith Partnership, playing an active role in providing legal advice clinics on behalf of Age UK.
As a member of the Private Client Department, I deal with the creation of Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and Trust documentation. I also assist clients with Court of Protection applications and the administration of estates. I am an Alzheimer's Society Dementia Friend and do all I can to assist my clients, whatever their needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, reading and going to the theatre. I am also a keen baker and always take part in our various charity bake sales.
