Responsibilities will include assisting the Licensing Department, audio typing, legal research, drafting legal documents including leases, business sale agreements, lease reports, business reports, completion statements and Premises Licence applications. Other duties will include diary management, photocopying, filing, scanning, liaising with clients over the telephone, closing files, and general tasks to assist the fee earner.
Experience of Commercial Property work is essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team and understand the pressures of working within a busy property department. It is also imperative that the candidate possesses sound working knowledge of Word and Outlook.
