Legal Secretary, Conveyancing, Derby
Our Head Office at Derby require a Legal Secretary in the busy Conveyancing Department. The role will involve audio typing, copy typing, liaising with clients, handling telephone enquiries, arranging appointments, taking initial instructions, file opening and closing, providing quotations, filing, and providing telephone and email updates to estate agents/third parties. Candidates must have previous administration/secretarial experience. Conveyancing experience would be desirable.
Excellent audio typing skills are essential, as is a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, and be personable, friendly, and professional.
