Primarily supporting the Business Development Department but also supporting the Accounts Department when needed. Both Departments are extremely busy. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated to work independently as well as part of a team and have a high degree of initiative with a can-do attitude.
Main responsibilities include supporting key personnel in initiatives and strategies across the firm and providing comprehensive administrative support to the Business Development and Marketing functions.
This role requires you to be able to work on your own initiative, manage time effectively and work accurately and quickly under pressure. Experience of working in an office environment and excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word & Excel are essential.
