Peter was a founding partner of the firm and has played a major role in the management and development of the practice.
For many years he has specialised in airport property and also has extensive experience in the licensed/leisure property field, acting for household name clients in both areas.
Now a consultant with the firm and still involved in practice development, Peter also holds a number of roles building on his entrepreneurial background and legal skills. As founding Chair of Derby Museums Trust - a key role in change management in the city – he has helped lead the organisation from local authority control to a successful independent status which has attracted national attention.
He is active in regulatory work for a number of professions including the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is an independent member of the Standards Committees of two local authorities. He has experience as an adjudicator in tenancy disputes for the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
