I graduated with a Law degree from City University, London in 2005 and completed my Legal Practice Course the following year.
I qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and over the last 10 years, gained a wide range of experience in the administration of estates (including those with foreign jurisdictional issues), insolvent estates and the preparation of Wills for all circumstances including the targeted use of Discretionary/Life interest Trusts. My technical expertise extends to Business Succession planning and the protection of vulnerable Beneficiaries.
I am currently studying toward membership of STEP and have many years’ experience of taxation advice and planning, whether via lifetime trusts or Wills.
As part of my varied workload, I have gained extensive experience of both Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection issues. I have practical experience of Statutory Wills in the Court and, in addition to assisting clients with their personal affairs, also act as a personal attorney for a number of clients.
My interests beyond work include performing in plays and pantomimes, both singing and acting. I also enjoy travelling and learning about different cultures.
