I joined the firm as a consultant in 2010, having previously worked as a partner at a leading international law firm in London. 

Within my role I advise lenders, borrowers and investors upon loan agreements, guarantees, security and intercreditor/subordination arrangements. I have over 25 years’ experience of advising on banking and finance matters and bring a pragmatic and commercial approach to transactions.

In particular, I deal with corporate banking, property finance and acquisition finance matters.

I’m a fair‑weather Aston Villa fan – so I’ve not been to Villa Park recently, although at least I can’t be described as a glory hunter…
