Smith Partnership host investor event with Marketing Derby in anniversary year!
Smith Partnership, bondholder and event partner with Marketing Derby, is delighted to be celebrating the 10 year anniversary of the successful organisation, which has helped attract £3billion of investment into the City!
The Derby Property Summit on Wednesday 22nd June is the next investor event Marketing Derby and Smith Partnership are presenting together, for property professionals in the region in order to raise the profile of the City.
The event will be hosted by journalist and broadcaster, Declan Curry and will bring together the UK regeneration and property communities to hear announcements on development opportunities in the city, with topical discussions and presentations. In 2015, over 350 delegates including developers, agents, investors and key decision-makers attended the event hosted at the iPro Stadium.
Claire Twells, the Business Development Partner at Smith Partnership said: “Marketing Derby is an invaluable asset to the City and we are delighted to be a bondholder and event partner. We are looking forward to the Derby Property Summit in June and hope to make new contacts to further promote our business and attract new investment!”
In March 2016, Smith Partnership and Marketing Derby worked together by attending MIPIM in Cannes, which is the global commercial property show. The show consistently attracts 21,000 delegates from around the world each year - with more than 93 countries, 430 journalists and 4,500 investors amongst them.
Fraser Cunningham, Partner at Smith Partnership, said: “Attending MIPIM was a fabulous opportunity to show what Derby has to offer, to invite investment in our city's future from around the world, and to show just how Derby's professional community can assist investors.
“In ten years Marketing Derby has made massive strides in promoting and developing the city. We are very proud that Smith Partnership has been a part of that development and we will continue to do so in the long term!"
