Smith Partnership Celebrate Newly Qualified Solicitor!
Smith Partnership, is celebrating with Danielle Upton having qualified as a Solicitor following three years of working hard and studying!
During her career, Danielle studied law at Nottingham Trent University before embarking upon a Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School part time whilst working in the Property Team at Punch Taverns PLC.
After completing her LPC, Danielle worked for a year in the Dispute Resolution & Family Departments at another law firm in Derby before moving to Smith Partnership in November 2014.
Danielle began her career at Smith Partnership in the Clinical Negligence Team before moving to Company & Commercial and finally into Commercial Property, where she has completed an extended seat, qualifying into the Department earlier this month. Danielle now works on a varied case load of Commercial Property matters in the Derby office at Smith Partnership.
