Book a place on our FREE Employment Law Seminar on 6th October!
Smith Partnership is delighted to be offering a FREE seminar to local business owners at Derby Museum on Thursday 6th October at 9.30am until 11am, to provide an opportunity to refresh their memories regarding their ‘right to work’ responsibilities, and also to discuss the implications BREXIT may have in the future.
Britain’s vote to leave the EU on 23rd June 2016 caused shockwaves across the country and the rest of the world, with most people still really none the wiser as to what the impact might be on their business, and in particular Employment Law.
James Johnson, Partner at Smith Partnership said: “We felt it was an opportune moment to offer a free seminar to local businesses to discuss the issues around HR, Employment Law and immigration issues following the EU Leave vote in June.
“We are very pleased to welcome an expert from the East Midlands Immigration, Compliance and Enforcement Team, Andrew Limbert, who will to talk to the delegates through the requirements for evidencing immigration status with some practical tips and key changes to be aware of in the Immigration Bill.
“We hope the seminar is an opportunity for local business owners to pick up some important legal information and practical tips, within an informal atmosphere with refreshments.”
