Interpretation:

- "We", "our" or "us" refer to Smith Partnership solicitors whose head office is at Norman House, Friar Gate, Derby DE1 1NU

- "You" or "your" refer to the individual to whom the INDE card is issued

All INDE cards are the property of Smith Partnership. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to withdraw the INDE card scheme and/or your INDE card at any time.
INDE cards are non-transferrable and must only be used by the individual to whom they are issued. Please contact us if you lose or damage your INDE card.
INDE cards may only be used in participating venues and subject to such terms and at the discretion of those participating venues. Your INDE card must be presented at the point of sale together with such other evidence of identity as the relevant participating venue may in its sole discretion require. INDE cards may not be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
Participating venues may from time to time change. You are encouraged to check our Website regularly to see details of participating venues and their offers. Please note however that offers, promotions and details of participating venues presented on our Website are for information only and whilst we endeavour to keep our Website updated neither we nor participating venues accept liability for outdated or inaccurate information.
