Leading the Aviation Department is Partner, Bally Atwal who has over 20 years’ experience in the aviation industry. Supporting Bally is experienced Legal Clerk, Sarah Keresztury and Paralegal Lauren Sheffield. Our team of aviation lawyers have particular expertise in handling avaiation compensation claims on behalf of airlines, including claims brought under the Montreal Convention 1999. 

The team also deals with claims issued using the European Small Claims Court Procedure, as well as claims issued in the small claims court. Alongside supporting large organisations, the team also handle cases brought by individuals relating to denied boarding, flight cancellation and long delays.
