Lasting Powers of Attorney...

Since October 2007, LPAs have replaced Enduring Powers of Attorney. So clients can make provision for an Attorney to manage their finances or make welfare decisions on their behalf.

The procedure is quick, simple and inexpensive. The consequences of not completing an LPA can be a slow, complex and expensive process!
