Mr. Hamilton made a Will in favour of his 2 minor children, but entrusted his estate to his cousins until the children became adults. Unfortunately, they concealed income from the children to line their own pockets. We took them to Court and they were removed and ordered to pay the costs. We then obtained an Order that the Executors should provide a proper account of what they had received, and pay the missing money to new trustees for the children.

A lady died without making a Will. She had 3 sons but one had predeceased her, leaving 2 children of his own. 1 of the sons decided to sell his late mother's house and spend all of the proceeds himself. We were consulted by the grandchildren. We obtained legal aid for them and obtained an Order that unless he pays back the money he will be sent to prison.
