Our specialist team includes accredited members of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and Resolution (previously Solicitors Family Law Association).

We can also offer methods of dispute resolution alternative to Court proceedings where appropriate, such as collaborative law and mediation. We encourage a conciliatory approach to resolution of disputes as far as the situation allows.

As an approved supplier of legal services we hold a franchise enabling publicly funded (Legal Aid) work to be carried out. This is subject to the particular circumstances of the case and financial position of the client.
