Fixed Cost Healthcheck
For a fixed cost we can review your existing employment documentation (contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures), and provide a comprehensive but practical report setting out our assessment of whether your documentation complies with current law, meets your business needs, promotes good industrial relations and is enforceable. We will notify you of the strengths and weaknesses, and provide proposals to rectify any issues we discover.

New Documentation
For a fixed fee agreed at the outset of your instruction we can provide up-to-date and bespoke contracts of employment, employee handbooks, senior executive/director service agreements, employment policies and procedures, and consultancy agreements.

Restrictive Covenants
Restrictive covenants are essential to the safeguarding of your business. Considerable care must be taken in drafting restrictive covenants to ensure they are enforceable. Our experience and expertise enables us to assist you in implementing restrictive covenants that will legally protect your business interests.

Compromise Agreements
We have substantial experience on advising on the use of compromise agreements. We can assist by negotiating the terms of the agreement directly with the employee or their adviser, and ensure your interests are protected under the agreement.
