Our service is based on an annual subscription at a competitive fixed rate which is currently £250 per annum. This rate covers:

maintaining the company's register of Members and Debenture Holders
maintaining registers of Directors and Secretary
preparing and filing the annual return
an accounts filing reminder
alteration of accounting reference date if required
arranging for charges to be registered and recorded
preparing and filing the requisite statutory returns at Companies House to reflect changes to the company (e.g. to record changes in officers or their personal details)

Any specific Companies House filing fees are payable in addition to the annual subscription.

We also directly incorporate companies for our clients enabling swift and cost effective company formations.
