Simon specialises in cases for the elderly and disabled, including litigation arising out of undue influence, breach of duty of care, inheritance claims and community care. He also has extensive experience in wills, probate and Inheritance Tax planning. He acts as Solicitor for Derbyshire Advocacy Service and RESCARE, a Charity supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities in Residential Care. Simon has many years experience advising on the law in the mental health sector and is able to guide owners and staff on the key statutes governing their responsibilities.
