The process of going in to a home, paying the fees and managing ones affairs thereafter is often very traumatic.
We provide legal advice, sometimes publicly funded, on the following areas:

• Preserving clients’ affairs
• Insuring against the possibility of having to pay fees
• Court of Protection
• Wills
• Lasting Power of Attorney
• Prosecution from abuse
• And many other areas.

We can give a presentation to residents, staff and/or relatives on these areas of law and others, out of office-hours at a care home if desired.

Our aim is to provide an exceptionally friendly, efficient, and cost effective service and where we are unable to give a fixed fee cost, we always estimate the likely cost at the outset.
