About Ruth
Ruth trained with Edwards Geldard (now Geldards) initially in London. She joined the Smith Partnership in 1999.

She has practised exclusively in Family Law since 1991 specialising in the financial aspects of marriage/relationship breakdown including the growing area of cohabitee disputes. Ruth has advocacy experience in all levels of UK Courts, including the Courts of Appeal and House of Lords.

Ruth is a trained collaborative lawyer and also a resolution trained mediator.
