About Russell
Russell is responsible for the Commercial Litigation and Debt Recovery teams at Smith Partnership.

Russell joined Smith Partnership in 1992 having trained at Eversheds. He became Head of Commercial Litigation in 2004. The majority of Russell’s practice relates to Brewery related litigation. He has also acted on intellectual property matters and insolvency disputes.

Away from work, Russell is married with three children and is a big (although regularly disappointed) fan of Shrewsbury Town.
