About Richard
Richard joined Smith Partnership’s predecessor firm in February 1987 and was promoted to Partner in 1991. As Branch Manager, he opened Smith Partnership’s Stoke office in 1998.

Richard qualified as Higher Court Advocate in August 2001 and deals with all types of cases. These range from Magistrates Court to Crown Court, and also encompasses all aspects of Prison Law including acting for Prisoners on independent Adjudications and Parole Board Hearings.
