About Neil
Originally from Southern Ireland, Neil qualified in 1990 in Ireland and completed his training at a firm in Dublin; having worked in the private sector for Chase Manhattan Bank and British Telecomm prior to this.

He joined the Crown Prosecution Service in 1992 in Humberside before moving to private practice with the Smith Partnership in 1994. He specialises in all aspects of Criminal Law, Private Prosecutions and Road Traffic Matters.

Outside work he is a keen golfer and enjoys the finer things in life at his retreat in the country.
