About Melanie
Melanie joined Smith Partnership in 2002, having previously practised in Tamworth, she is a Partner and manages our Swadlincote office.

Melanie has a particular interest and specialism in conducting applications under the Children Act 1989 and financial claims arising on the breakdown of a Marriage or relationship. She is a member of Derby and District Law Society and attends meetings of the Family Justice Council.

Melanie is married with one child. When not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and keeps fit with the sport of Triathlon.
