About Fiona
Fiona joined Smith Partnership in 2006 as a partner to head up the Company & Commercial Department and has in excess of 18 years of specialist experience as a corporate and transaction lawyer.

Whilst Fiona has a wealth of experience on all aspects of corporate activity, working with clients that range from small family businesses to large multinationals, Fiona has particular expertise and interest in working with owner managers in businesses of all shapes and sizes and sectors in relation to both day to day and “one off” corporate and funding issues and in planning and executing exit, investment and acquisition strategies.

Since joining Smith Partnership Fiona has developed a specialism working within the Care Sector, advising individual home owners and national care providers on their acquisition and exit transactions and is a member of our Care Team.

As a busy mum to two sons Fiona is kept well occupied when not completing transactions but has found the time to take up Shukokai Karate and is currently working her way towards her black belt.
