About Dennis

Dennis joined Smith Partnership in May 2007. He is the head of Commercial Property at our Leicester York Road Offices.

The spectrum of work Dennis is involved in consists of commercial landlord and tenant work, investment property matters, property heath care work and acting for Banks in connection with protecting their positions on high value transactions.

Dennis has also developed a niche for a law firm, a national legal service for business acquisitions and disposals.

In terms of approach, Dennis maintains a practical proactive style of work focused on getting the job done!
