About Claire
Claire joined Smith Partnership in 2007 from a Nottingham based practice. She is a Solicitor and leads the Debt Recovery team in Derby. Claire has a good knowledge of the business community in the East Midlands area, and also regularly meets the needs of clients from our Burton and Leicester offices.

Her main area of practice is Debt Recovery, and acts for Clients both Nationally and Internationally. Claire uses Smith Partnership's unique online Debt Recovery System (Activate) to allow her Clients to be updated 24 hours a day as to the progress of their case.

Claire is also our Residential Landlord and Tenant Specialist and can assist on any residential property disputes, including evicting tenants.

Claire enjoys spending time at the Gym, where she is currently training to compete in a half marathon.
