About Bally
Bally joined Smith Partnership in June 1996 as a Paralegal before commencing a training contract with the firm. Admitted as a Solicitor in September 1999, Bally now practises in the Commercial Litigation department.

Areas in which Bally has particular expertise include the Brewery industry where, amongst other matters, he deals with Property repossessions. In addition, Bally acts for a major international airline, dealing with aviation related litigation. Bally also represents the interests of a large insurer and their airline clients in defending aviation related accidents.

In his spare time, Bally juggles his time as an armchair sports fan, with attempts to resurrect his failed international football career. He is an avid Liverpool supporter, and has yet to tire of telling the story of the night he met Rafa Benitez and Kenny Dalglish.
