About Alison
Alison joined Smith Partnership in 1993. She is Managing Partner of our Leicester York Road offices. She specialises in dealing with high value claims in the civil courts on behalf of private individuals and businesses of all sizes.
She has particular expertise in cases involving disputed ownership of land / boundaries, landlord and tenant litigation and construction litigation; also the liability of professionals (including architects, surveyors, lawyers and financial advisors) and disputes between business partners / directors.
In 2005, Alison became accredited as a Commercial Mediator. She is a Member of the Association of Midlands Mediators.
Alison is married and lives in Rutland. She enjoys skiing, playing the piano and walking.
