

Smith Partnership one of the Midlands leading regional law firms, has appointed a new solicitor to its expanding Commercial Litigation team in Derby.
David Johnston has joined the firm from Addleshaw Goddard in Leeds. Since qualifying as a solicitor last year David has been involved in a number of Corporate Insolvency and Bankruptcy matters, and he will now focus on dispute resolution for individuals and companies, possession proceedings and brewery related litigation.
Speaking about his appointment, David said: “Smith Partnership is one of the most well-respected law firms in the region and I am looking forward to being part of their future growth and development.”
