Smith Partnership strengthens Family Team in Leicester

Smith Partnership, one of the Midlands’ leading regional law firms has recently expanded its family law team in Leicester, following a merger with Harts solicitors.

Ann Mansfield joins the firm as a Child Care Consultant and Nick Herring as a Child Care and Family Law Solicitor.

Ann qualified in 1991 and is a member of the Law Society Children’s Panel which allows her to represent children, as well as parents, in legal proceedings. Over the past 20 years she has gained a strong following locally for child law expertise.

Nick is an accredited member of the Law Society specialist panel “Resolution”, a part qualified family Mediator and is also a member of the Law Society Children’s Panel which allows him to represent children, as well as parents, in legal proceedings. He has 24 years legal experience with an outstanding reputation for his expertise in all aspects of family law work, including divorce and separation, financial settlements, pre-nuptial agreements and children issues.

The arrival of Ann and Nick brings the complement of family law solicitors at Smith Partnership Leicester to 5. The team is led by Bina Modi and includes Deepa Tanna & Della Phillips.
