Commercial Litigation lawyer joins Smith PartnershipLeading regional law firm, Smith Partnership, continues the expansion of its Commercial Litigation team with the appointment of a new solicitor at its Leicester office.

Gemma Clarke has joined the firm from The JM Practice in Grantham. Since qualifying as a solicitor in early 2010 she has been involved in a number of high profile litigation cases as well having sole responsibility for Debt Recovery services at her previous firm.

Gemma will lead Smith Partnership’s Leicester Debt Recovery services, in particular its popular online service Activate and she will also assist Rachel McCahill-Brown, Head of Smith Partnership’s Insolvency Team.
