Tom has considerable experience in property litigation, particularly on behalf of landlords and tenants, contract based disputes and commercial debt recovery actions. Tom also brings to the Leicester Dispute Resolution team a special interest in litigation on behalf of business transfer agencies / brokers and other estate agency structures and litigation on behalf of franchise business owners.

Tom Jellicoe has joined the firm from Malletts Solicitors in London. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2006 he has been involved in a number of high profile litigation cases including dealing with the civil aspects of large scale fraud and money laundering cases together with proceeds of crime investigations.
